Cancellation Policy
A 100% of the appointment cost will be charged for ALL No Call No Shows plus a 20% gratuity fee for service provider.
If you have a Gift Certificate we will use the Gift Certificate as payment for the missed service.
If you would like to cancel your appointment we require a 24 hour notice to avoid being charged.
Please understand this gives the Spa time to rebook that appointment time.
If you cancel with less than a 24 hours notice we may require full payment for the appointment if we are unable to rebook the appointment. If full payment is required you will not be allowed to rebook until full payment is made.
ALL Gift Certificates are Non-Refundable.
